Description of Job:
1. Preliminary design: Understand and confirm
the process technical requirements and boundary conditions of the
product, make the preliminary design plan of the product, assist in the
organization of preliminary program discussions, product design program
confirmation and product selection;
2. Detailed design: Understand
design ideas and structural detail of products, make technical
preparations for drawing design including calculation of pipeline
parameters of hydraulic system (including calculation of steady state
and dynamic characteristics), drawing 3D model and mechanical piping,
completing product parts drawings, BOM preparation,provide technical
support for procurement of procurement department;
3. Improve the
technical data: According to the records of the project's production
process, such as modification, change, commissioning report, photograph
of project equipment, etc., supplement, modify, improve drawings and
pictures and other technical data of the project ;
4. Compile user
information: Compile the product instructions (including drawings)
according to the requirements of contract and technical agreement;
5. Manage technical file: Electronic version filing and file elimination, text data collection inspection and removal;
6. Cooperate with the purchasing department to complete the selection
of hydraulic system key parts and the procurement contract preparation;
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Hydromechanics and Hydraumatic or related areas;
2. Work seriously , have a strong sense of responsibility and be able to work hard.
3, Familiarity with pipe fittings and components; Experience in hydraulic system design is preferred;
4, Ability to operate at least one kind of 2D and 3D mechanical design software expertly, and can work under guidance;
